lasik germany® takes on a high level of responsibility
For companies, it is not just a matter of doing business well: they also have a responsibility when it comes to dealing with employees, customers and business partners. They also have an obligation to society and the environment. Companies that adhere to ethical standards in general prove that they want to make a difference. lasik germany® is fully aware of this responsibility.
Survey of managers
In cooperation with the TV station WELT TV, the Cologne-based analysis institute ServiceValue developed questions on corporate responsibility and presented them to a good 171,000 managers. They work in a total of 1,969 companies belonging to 134 sectors. The participants each had at least a group or team leadership function so that they had sufficient insight into the topic within the company.
The survey took place from December 2022 to January 2023. An evaluation was always carried out if there were at least 75 judgements by managers per company. From 200 judgements per company onwards, a cap was placed, i.e. no further judgements were accepted.

The companies were not included in the survey. It was therefore the managers themselves who assessed the responsibility of the company management towards the environment, society, employees and customers. In the case of lasik germany®, the managers surveyed attested that the company management assumes a high level of responsibility, so that the company received an award once again.
High customer satisfaction at lasik germany®.
In July 2022, the Cologne-based analysis and consulting company ServiceValue surveyed almost 310,000 customers on their satisfaction with various companies on behalf of DEUTSCHLAND TEST and FOCUS. The result: lasik germany® has a high level of customer satisfaction!
Survey and evaluation
In the course of the study, customers of a total of 1,449 companies from almost 100 sectors were asked to rate their general satisfaction with the respective company – i.e. the overall experience of the offer, product or service, advice and support. All those who had been customers of the respective company in the past 12 months were allowed to rate. ServiceValue developed the customer satisfaction index from the answers in order to be able to compare the ratings.
That is why customer satisfaction is so meaningful
Satisfaction is fundamentally a subjective feeling – it is how an individual feels when they think about a particular experience. If it went well, the person strongly perceives the feeling of satisfaction. This survey transports the individual feeling of numerous customers into an objectively measurable scale, which is meaningful because of the numerous voices. The award-winning companies benefit from making their customers satisfied – they are happy to recommend the good experience to others and, due to their authenticity, are often more valuable brand ambassadors than advertising campaigns could ever be.

How well do companies in Germany provide information about the products or services they offer? This question was now posed for the first time by the BILD newspaper in conjunction with the Cologne rating and ranking agency ServiceValue. lasik germany® is certified by customers as offering a high quality of advice.
Independent survey for a fair result
The online survey was directed at the customers of 876 different companies from 58 industries. From July to August 2022, they were asked how they rated the customer advice if they had had contact with the listed providers one or more times within the last 12 months in the previous year. This procedure ensures that the answers are given independently and fairly – only those who have actually had an experience can rate.
Eye treatments explained in detail
It is particularly important that the services offered by lasik germany® are well explained and that customers receive comprehensive information about options, chances of cure and possible risks: Eyesight is a subject where complete transparency is necessary. Only in this way do customers feel safe and place trust in the doctors. Since the company has been certified by the customers selected for the survey as having a high quality of advice, the consultation is proceeding to their satisfaction.

On behalf of “Die Welt”, the business psychology rating and ranking agency ServiceValue GmbH has investigated which companies belong to these pioneers according to customer opinion. lasik germany® achieves the gold standard.
An important topic
Customers are now used to getting the most helpful and comprehensive information possible online. It is therefore important for companies to establish a high level of digital customer proximity, to open up various possibilities for communication and to maintain selected, appropriate social media channels. ServiceValue has now investigated for the fifth time which companies are particularly successful in doing this.
Comprehensive survey for a clear result
For the survey, ServiceValue collected a total of more than 365,000 consumer opinions on digital customer proximity from 1,817 companies from 148 different sectors. For each company or brand, at least 200 opinions from customers were collected in order to obtain a clear picture. The companies themselves had no influence on the survey.
With regard to lasik germany®, the picture is clear: the customers are so satisfied with the digital services of the eye clinic group that they have helped it to achieve gold status with their assessments. In addition to high-quality treatment and excellent advice at lasik germany®, the digital presence is also convincing.

Consumers have spoken: lasik germany® is the most trusted brand in the sector. The survey, which was conducted for the first time, is the largest ever consumer confidence survey in Germany.
Over five million customer opinions evaluated
DEUTSCHLAND TEST has evaluated a total of 5.4 million customer opinions from social media, provided between 1 July 2016 and 30 June 2017 for 1,500 brands across over 100 sectors. They were divided into four categories: “Most respected brand”, “Most recommended brand”, “Most trusted brand” and the “Highest quality brand”. The evaluation was carried out using Web Analyzer, the well-established web monitoring tool.

The customers have spoken: No other company in the sector comes close to lasik germany® in terms of customer trust. lasik germany® received the highest score of 100 points, setting the benchmark for other companies to aim for. Trust is a vital prerequisite for the relationship between providers and customers, but perhaps even more so when customers are expected to trust a company with their eyesight. lasik germany® has proven to be up to the task with flying colours.
Meaningful new category
DEUTSCHLAND TEST carries out various surveys on customer satisfaction. This new category is particularly meaningful because it reflects the unfiltered opinions of customers who have used the company’s services. Most users do not mince their words when expressing their views on social media: The fact that the quality and trustworthiness of lasik germany® are so highly praised can be attributed to the long-term quality of their work and the excellent support they provide.

After lasik germany® was named “Customer favourite” by DEUTSCHLAND TEST in 2017, the company has excelled in a second survey: lasik germany® has again been awarded gold in the major survey on prices and value for money.
Survey on over 1500 brands
The perception as to whether a brand offers value for money is always subjective. While some customers believe they have spent their money well, other consumers may consider the same product to be too expensive. However, to observe a trend, it is important to collect as many opinions as possible. To do this, the team from DEUTSCHLAND TEST has collected over six million customer opinions on more than 1,500 brands from 109 different sectors.
Gold for lasik germany®
Following the evaluation of customer opinions provided between August 2016 and July 2017 using the web monitoring tool Web Analyzer, lasik germany® emerged as offering excellent value for money, scoring 98.8 out of 100 points reflecting the opinions of its satisfied customers. As a result, the company was named the “Gold Award Winner”.

Dr Jörg Fischer speaks about laser surgery in ophthalmology and technological news in the field in a big interview for the ophthalmology magazine “Ophthalmologische Nachrichten”.
Together with four renowned colleagues, Dr Jörg Fischer held a question and answer session with the editors from the “Ophthalmologische Nachrichten” magazine. Under discussion was the success of laser technology in eye surgery, which many patients still consider to be new and experimental. Dr Jörg Fischer pointed out that after decades on the market, this is a totally mature procedure, which delivers perfect results. While the surgeons are well versed in the procedure, it has been further simplified now thanks to the TENEO 317 Model 2 from Bausch + Lomb: The new system transmits data over a network, is intuitive to use and allows for infinitely variable control of the treatment chair.

The study into the customers’ favourite 2017 was a collaboration between DEUTSCHLAND TEST, Focus Money and the Cologne-based analysis and consulting house ServiceValue. Using a web analysis tool, several thousand online messages and more than a million social media sources for more than 3,000 brands were analysed and evaluated between 01 January 2016 and 31 December 2016. This included statements on price, service, quality and appearance.
lasik germany® sets the benchmark – as industry winner, lasik germany® receives 100 points while at the same time setting the benchmark for the competition to aim for. The test results are especially meaningful because they reflect the unfiltered opinions of customers. The analysis used all positive and negative evaluations. The “Customer favourite” ranking by DEUTSCHLAND TEST is therefore the largest study into brand perception from the perspective of the consumer. Lasik Germany has therefore shown itself to be worthy of the trust of its numerous customers. Thousands of people have so far acted on the transparent advice they received and gone through with the laser operation.
Customer favourite 2017 – The fact that lasik germany® has been elected customer favourite 2017 emphasises the popularity of the brand. The combination of the price-performance ratio, the service and high quality has enabled the excellent result. Along with the medical lead at lasik germany®, Dr. Jörg Fischer, and his team, the staff at the Hamburg agency Rau Kommunikation were also delighted. The owner-managed advertising agency has been working with the eye clinic since lasik germany® was founded in 2004.
